Once ripe, the coffee cherries are handpicked with precision to maintain quality and consistency. They are then carefully processed using washed or semi-washed methods to remove the outer layers while preserving the integrity of the bean. During fermentation, the beans are controlled under strict conditions to enhance clarity, brightness, and depth in flavour before being thoroughly washed and prepared for drying.

After processing, the beans are sun-dried on raised African beds, allowing even airflow and temperature control to achieve a clean and balanced finish. This drying stage is critical, as it locks in the natural characteristics developed during growth and processing. Skilled workers regularly turn the beans to ensure uniform drying and prevent defects.

Finally, the dried green beans are transported to a specialised roasting facility where expert roasters carefully control temperature and timing to unlock the full potential of the coffee. Through precise roasting profiles, the beans develop their signature aroma, rich body, and smooth finish.
